Charlie has been cooking since he was 2 and would help me prepare breakfast and lunches for himself and me. Then when Charlie was 4 he took cooking Classes at the Hurst Recreation Center in Hurst, Texas because he couldn’t attend pre-school because his Birthday was in December. Even when Charlie was attending Public School we had him cook one night a week so when he grew up Charlie could prepare meals for himself. I don’t know about you but I’ve been eating TV Dinners all my life which I still do at times. Especially Banquet Western Dinner but my all time favorite was Patio’s Mexican Dinners which isn’t made any more and makes me very sad. Do you remember when TV Dinners came in a tinfoil tray? I do.
