The last couple days David had been saying he wanted to make Mexican Lasagna for dinner a recipe he learned about at the American Legion off Carson Street, in Haltom City. Even though I would have preferred regular Lasagna I told David to make this for dinner because everyone likes it and there is usually leftovers for lunch the next day. It seems like forever that I’ve been waiting to bring you and your family???? TACO CHAOS NIGHT (TAC TUESDAY #1). If I had thought about it earlier when I took Hamburger Meat out, I would have told David and Gerald, we were having Taco’s for #TacoTuesday but I told they we would make Hamburger patties with Brown Gravy they both like. I wish I could sneak away to taco Casa for a Taco or two or three. Since there is no perfect plan tonight. There is just life. And somehow, it still becomes dinner.
