Morning Reset After Being Sick
David was off last yesterday and I must tell you yesterday felt like a real turning point. After being sick last week, I finally got back to moving again. It wasn’t anything extreme—just over an hour of walking and a little over 5,000 steps—but it meant a lot more than the numbers show. When you’ve been out of routine because your body just isn’t cooperating, even basic movement feels different. You don’t realize how much you rely on that everyday energy until it’s not there.
