Midday Life Update: A Quiet House Still Feels Like a Full Life
I wish I was able to say by mid-morning, the house had settled into a calm rhythm. Gerald is here with me, but Charlie and Bradley are awake making food before they leave for work. Doing what they need to do for the day. Once they leave it will be quiet, but it’s not empty. There’s a difference I’ve learned to notice more clearly lately. Sunday Family Day: Quiet House, Crockpot Cooking, and Down-Home Living
In my home Sunday mornings in my home are supposed to be family days, but life doesn’t always line up that way. Tomorrow for the first time on a Sunday it will just be Junior and me at home. Everyone else—David, Charlie, and Bradley—will be working. So instead of a full house and a full table, it will be a quieter version of Sunday. But I still try to keep the heart of Sunday the same. Life at Home: Working Schedules, Quiet Moments, and Adjusting to a Busy Season
I thought when Charlie got a job things would get easier but as much as I hate to admit it that hasn’t been the case. The Bradley is here more than ever which upsets Gerald and I have no, idea why. David is busier than even working his job and doing honey-do’s for his clients and picking the boys up from work.
