    Mother’s Pride in the Middle of Exhausting Days

    As a mom it’s had to watch our kids ie young men grow up or at least it is for me. Because of this some days don’t come in neat little packages. Nor do those days don’t line up with schedules or quiet evenings or the kind of peaceful routines people talk about when they say “family time.” Some days are just lived minute by minute, hour by hour, doing the next thing that has to be done.     ???? Real Life End of Day Update — Everything in Motion

    I don’t know about you but by the time evening hit, the house still didn’t feel settled—just lived in, loud in waves, and constantly moving the way family life does when nothing goes exactly as planned. Charlie is in his room. Gerald is on the couch and David is in his chair. Bradley and Charlie have been coming and going all day, conversations happening in the middle of other conversations, and plans shifting without much warning.
