Good morning, welcome to our series sharing Food Holidays: April 4th. This morning it’s National Cordon Bleu Day. As a child I remember the first time I had ever eaten Cordon Blue. It was during the Summer and I was hanging out at my best friend Tina’s home. Like Charlie my best friend lived next door to us. We were always in there home or they were in ours.
