Good evening, welcome to our series sharing Food Holidays: April 4th, 2022, Today is National Chicken Cordon Blue Day. I don’t know about you but I will pass on having this meal for lunch or dinner. Good morning, welcome to our series sharing Food Holidays: April 4th. This morning it’s National Cordon Bleu Day. As a child I remember the first time I had ever eaten Cordon Blue. It was during the Summer and I was hanging out at my best friend Tina’s home. Like Charlie my best friend lived next door to us. We were always in there home or they were in ours. I sure miss those days. At lunch time Tina’s older sister Tanya made lunch for us. She fixed Cordon Blue and served it with Cheetos and Grape Kool-Aid. Weren’t we fancy?
