Wordless Wednesday- Theme: Get Out and Move!
The past couple months I have been trying to get out and move more. Plus I have been trying to get both David and Charlie to as well. Because at school they do not get to have PE the way we did as children. Which isn’t healthy as all children and even adults need to get up and move. So for me I am trying to walk and get at least 10,000 steps a day. And also swim every day if possible.
