Exercising in June
Good morning, as we start a new month my Goal is to walk every afternoon with my sister. I do not plan on keeping the time of how long we walk or even setting a goal of how many steps I want to get each day. I am just going to walk and when I get tired or my knee is bothering me I will quit. I may not lose the weight I would like to lose but I will not hurt myself this way.
