    Day 1 Walking in the Neighborhood #FunFamilyFitness

    This morning is day one in my #FunFamilyFitness Challenge. I wanted to do this a couple months ago but the time wasn’t right. So as we begin a new month and it’s the middle of Summer and its hard to get Charlie to venture outside I decided with today being the first of July its the perfect day to begin my challenge.     A love hate relationship with my bike

    Last week I decided I would get Bertha my bike out  and ride her to  the park. As I started off to the park I thought before I made it there  was going to die. As just pedaling was killing me. But I didn’t give up and I kept going although Charlie had to ride my bike back home and I rode with David in the car. I did push forward and I was able to ride Bertha  the way to the park.
