May 2nd is World Tuna Day #WorldTunaDay. Even though I don’t care for Seafood I will eat Tuna Fish or Salmon Patties and Fish Sticks at times. Tuna Fish is a staple in my home. Is it in yours? May 2nd is National Truffle Day #NationalTruffleDay. have you even had Truffles? Did you like them? I’ve had them once and it was Truffle Tater Tots from a local Food Truck and they were to die for. I wish I could have some for lunch. National Truffle Day is celebrated annually on May 2. National Chocolate Parfait Day is celebrated on May 1st. Dating back to 1894, Chocolate Parfaits are served as one of the most “perfect” desserts in the U.S. as well as around the world.
