May 16th was National Barbecue Day #NationalBBQDay. I made Oven Baked Beef BBQ Ribs in the oven for dinner that night. They were so good Charlie and David couldn’t get enough of them. I just wish when we had purchased groceries that we would have gotten a #Brisket because when we have #BBQ that is my favorite. May 14 National Buttermilk Biscuit Day #ButtermilkBiscuitDay
Charlie is one of the funniest children I know and at times he surprises me with things he wants to try. Like the other day when Charlie came downstairs and asked if we could have #Gravy&Biscuits. Mind you my son is 17 years old and fixen to be 18. Never in my life have I known Charlie to eat Gravy & Biscuits together let alone apart. Charlie reminded me he had tried them at the American Legion when Bradley and Charlie had breakfast there. Looks like I need to purchase #Biscuits and I’m going to have Charlie help me make my Dad’s Cream Gravy. if we had still been #Homeschooling…
