Good morning, how are you? Welcome to our series sharing Unique Holidays: April 2022: National Strawberry Month. Did you know April is National Strawberry Month? I didn’t but I wish my dad’s dad Rene and Suzzane was here because both of them loved Strawberry Ice Cream and I could share some with them this morning. Since they are not here, I could make David a Strawberry Shortcake but there isn’t enough time. When I go to Walmart’s this morning, I am going to pick up a Strawberry Cheesecake with David. Welcome to our series sharing Food Holidays August 19th, 2021. Take a look at the Holidays being celebrated today and let me know which Holiday you most would like to celebrated and why. For me I will celebrate Soft-Serve Ice Cream Day because I can’t have Hot or Spicy Foods. While David said as much as he likes Spicy Foods he will also celebrate Soft-Serve Ice Cream because at times Spicy Foods bothers him as well.
