April 3is National Burrito Day #NationalBurritoDay. I don’t know about you but National Burrito Day takes me back to my childhood in my Grandmother Dorie’s house when she would make Burrito’s for my siblings and I. She was my mom’s mom. My Grandmother’s Burrito’s was nothing fancy Hamburger Meat and Refried Beans on Flour Tortilla’s. She would make extra Meat and keep it in the Ice Box for us to make Burrito’s anytime we wanted.
