I’ve been wracking my brain on how we can make the Pork Chops we have in the Ice Bo for dinner this evening. I finally decided I will split them into two meals and Fry part of the Pork Chops for David and I. I will grill Charlie’s Pork Chops using Seasonings of Charlie’s choice. I thought I would share two #Holidays this morning that falls on July 6th which are National Fried Chicken Day #NationalFriedChickenDay and National Hand Roll Day #NationalHandRollDay. I don’t know about you but I wouldn’t mind having Fried Chicken today but Charlie is taking us out to dinner this evening. Tomorrow were having Fried Pork Chops for David and I with Grilled Porkchops for Charlie for Sunday dinner. I am so excited to let Charlie know July 5th is National Graham Cracker Day #GrahamCrackerDay which is one of mine and Charlie’s favorite snack with a glass of Milk for me.
