I’m excited to let you know I was able to get in my 7500 steps in Age Disruptors Perimenopause-Menopause Support & Solutions. Once again it was a challenge. To begin my walk Deborah kay Ice, David and I went to Walmart on Rufe Snow. Because I left later we weren’t able to walk as much as I had planned. While in Walmart we ran into a friend Roger Paschal who we hadn’t seen in years. We was able to chat for a few moments and catch up. Roger introduced us to his wife. Dieting , Water and Steps
Man oh man like many others I must admit I stink at Dieting. Drinking the amount of water I should get in each day. As well as the 10,000 steps they say we should do. Heck here lately I haven’t even gotten the 3,000 to 5,000 I set for myself. Were half way through week two of January and all of my goals and resolutions have gone out the window. There is one think I know it isn’t to late to get back on track though. Which I plan on doing and nothing will stop me this time.
