Join us for Getting UP & Move! This Summer as I am a mom who has always hated having her children sit inside when it is pretty. They should go outside and play. So I started a new Challenge both children and adults can do. The challenge is Get Up & Move this Summer, and it is where children get up and move for at least 20 minutes a day. Water Works Park
Water Works Parks are so fun David, Charlie and I would live in a there if it were possible. We love swimming and can not get enough of it. And I like it even more as it allows me to get some exercise I need. And it also will enable Charlie to get his School PE in, and it is a lot of fun for Charlie. And if we bring a friend with us, he gets to spend time with them without his dad and me hanging around all the time.
