Charlie Needs To Get Up! & Move! Because Charlie has been about to drive me up the wall with his play stations. Charlie has gotten into the habit of wanting to play it and not go outside at all. Which isn’t something I improve of as all children need outside daily.. As children just as adults need to get up and move and to exercise when possible. I still remember last year at Christmas when the neighbors knocked on our door and asked if Charlie could come outside as they had something to share with him. They had purchased the JumpSport SkyBounce for there children and let Charlie know it was his to use as well. Charlie was so happy he abanded all of his Christmas Gifts to get outside as fast as possible. A love hate relationship with my bike
Last week I decided I would get Bertha my bike out and ride her to the park. As I started off to the park I thought before I made it there was going to die. As just pedaling was killing me. But I didn’t give up and I kept going although Charlie had to ride my bike back home and I rode with David in the car. I did push forward and I was able to ride Bertha the way to the park.
