Juneteenth Juneteenth day celebrates and symbolizes the end of Slavery in the United States. President Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation on September 22, 1862. It wasn’t until June 19, 1865 that all Slaves were finally freed. That concluding event was when General Gordon Granger rode into Galveston, Texas with his troops and issued Order Number 3 which finally freed the last of the Slaves. Charlie, David and I all love DOGS, puppies,kittens or cats. This morning in our series on #HomeschoolWithBoardGames Diggity Dogs from Educational Insights is a new Game we will be playing while studying pets in Homeschool. This morning before David left for work we all sat down to play Diggity Dog. Charlie, and I looked through the cards before we began to play because Charlie wanted to see what breed of dogs they included in the Game.
