Good morning, welcome to our series sharing Food Holidays: May 1st. Its Chocolate Parfait Day. I have a question for you. Have you even had Kentucky Fried Chicken? Do you remember going into there store as a child and picking out a Dessert? Those were Chocolate and Vanilla Parfaits. I sure do miss them. I should make one for Charlie and David this evening. March 28th Food Holidays: National Black Forest Cake
I love Desserts but I am very picky on what I will and will not eat when to comes to desserts. One dessert I haven’t ever eaten is Black Forest Cake because it has Cherries inside it. Which made it hard for Charlie and I to celebrate National Black Forest Cake Day. Facts about a Black Forest Cake: Typically, Black Forest cake consists of several layers of chocolate cake with whipped cream and cherries between each layer.
