The Grace Hour
I would like to welcome you to 2:00 PM — The Grace Hour or this is what we call this time in our home. Do you have a name for this time of day? If so what do you call it and why? The Reset Hour
As we move through the day, I wanted to welcome you to the reset hour which I don’t about you but as a mom I need a reset hour more than most people. Or at least it seems that way. Come and celebrate the The Reset Hour with me. Normally, this is the hour where I try to “catch up.” But today, I didn’t. Instead, I reset — not the house, but myself. Lunch, Laughter, and Letting Myself Off the Hook

As a mom it’s hard to take time for ourselves but I’ve been making it a point to set aside 12 to noon for lunch even if I don’t eat, I regroup and watch a t show or two.
