I was both excited and sad this morning when I got up and found our the #Holiday being celebrated today is December 9 National Pastry Day #NationalPastryDay. I would have liked to go and get Pastry’s for brekfast but David is working and didn’t leave me any money so I can’t even walk to the Donut Store which is better for my diet. December 8 National Brownie Day #NationalBrownieDay
David isn’t much for sweets and since December 8th is National Brownie Day I thought I might make Brownies for dessert this evening. Since we have leftovers from dinner last night and don’t need to cook. I didn’t want to leave David out of having a dessert I can’t wait to let David know December 8 is also World Pear Day #WorldPearDay. I can pick up a Pear for David for dessert this morning. I wanted to share Holidays that are celebrated on December 6th, 2025, with you. We begin with December 6th which is National Gazpacho Day #NationalGazpachoDay. I don’t know about you but I had to look up what Gazpacho was which was a #teachingmoment for my family and I’ve included information on the #Holiday below and also a #recipe. December 6th is also National Microwave Oven Day #MicrowaveOvenDay if your #Homeschooling your children you could have them study microwaves and then let them prepare a recipe using the microwave as part of a Homeschool Cooking Class.
