When David and I decided to #Homeschool Charlie I knew teaching Charlie would fall on me most of the time. As well as creating the #LessonPlans which is why I first looked up #Holidays which helped our family a lot. On days like September 13 National Peanut Day #NationalPeanutDay I always knew David would want to be involved because he loves Peanuts. For dinner on this night we would eat at Texas Roadhouse so they could have Peanuts for a snack. September 13 National Kids Take Over The Kitchen Day #KidsTakeOverTheKitchenDay
Charlie has been cooking since he was 2 and would help me prepare breakfast and lunches for himself and me. Then when Charlie was 4 he took cooking Classes at the Hurst Recreation Center in Hurst, Texas because he couldn’t attend pre-school because his Birthday was in December. Even when Charlie was attending Public School we had him cook one night a week so when he grew up Charlie could prepare meals for himself. I’ve always been fascinated with the Rodeo and its almost time for the Fort Worth Stock Show and the Rodeo to come to Fort Worth. We’ve always gone to the Fort Worth Stock Show to walk around but I would like to go to the Rodeo to see the Bull Riding. Would you want to come with us? I thought I would create a new Lesson Plan featuring Lane Frost a Cowboy who lost his life in Cheyne.
