David and I’ve joined a new challenge I found on Facebook in the Fort Worth Foodies Group called A To Z Challenge where we visit a restaurant each week that begins with the Letter of the week. There is also the NRH Restaurant Rewards Program which is returning in 2026. 2026 Walking and Water Challenge with Friends
I would like to invite you to our new challenge beginning on January 1st which is our Walking & Water Challenge with our friends and family. In the challenge we just ask you to walk 30 minutes a day and drink more water. I don’t know about you, but I need to do both of these. I’m PRAYING and believing if my friends walk with me, I will stay on track and drink the water I need to as well. They say we should drink at least half of our weight in water.
