Exercising in the New Year
I’m like many people who say they’re going on a DIET in the New Year. Which I’m going to. My blood pressure is high and my head has been hurting a lot more than it should. Birdville Trails and Park
My sister will be picking my nephew Jason up this afternoon from school and I know she will call me to see if I would like to go walking. A couple weeks ago we went to Birdville Trails and Park but none of the kids was with us.
