Birdville Trails and Park

My sister will be picking my nephew Jason up this afternoon from school and I know she will call me to see if I would like to go walking. A couple weeks ago we went to Birdville Trails and Park but none of the kids was with us.

With David being off this afternoon I think I will ask Debbie if she wants to meet me here as I would like to get some pictures they have for Charlie to use in his Homeschooling class.

While were walking Jason can play on the playground as we can see him while we are walking. Although, Charlie may go with us and play with Jason allowing Debbie and I to walk further.

Because as you all know I am trying to get in at least 10,000 steps a day. When Debbie is working during the week she likes to get in at least 20,000 steps and on her days off 20,000.

I have gotten 20,000 before but never 30,000 and I don’t want to push it and I don’t intend to try because I know my limitations and what I can and can’t do.

I just wish with all the walking and taking SlimFast Original Shake Mixes and HYDROXYCUT Drink Mix I would lose some of the weight I’m trying to lose. Which doesn’t seem to be happening. I’m not going to give up and one day I know I will find something that works and I will lose this weight. I just need to keep trying.

Birdville Trails Park

Located at 5713 Orval Court, Birdville Trails Park is a 6.8 acre Neighborhood Park featuring a 0.47 mile hike and bike trail, picnic pavilion, playground and restroom.
