If Charlie hadn’t gotten into the kitchen cabinet, the other day and mixed up the Chocolate Cake we had I would have made Chocolate Cupcakes to celebrate October 18th which is National Chocolate Cupcake Day. Before you say go to the Store and get another Chocolate Cake Mix I can’t. I’m broke. I thought about surprising Charlie and David with Homemade Cupcakes which we’ve never made as a family, but we must be the only family in America who doesn’t keep baking ingredients in their kitchen because we don’t even have Eggs at the moment. October 18th is National Chocolate Cupcake Day #ChocolateCupcakeDay. I don’t know about you but I wouldn’t mind having a Chocolate Cupcake today or even two. Just don’t tell anyone because they aren’t on my #diet. Sometimes its nice to splurge on something sweet and tasty and a Chocolate Cupcake would do that. As well as allow me to remember one of my fondest memories as a child. Which was my dad making Chocolate Cakes to put inside our School Lunches.
