Today is Memorial Day and David Is Working
Today is Memorial Day and David is working. So that means we can not have our usual picnic as David doesn’t get off until after 3 this afternoon. Nor can Charlie and I go swimming which I hate. As today is the perfect day to visit the lakes. So this morning Dad got up and left with my sister to go and rent himself a car. Sometimes A Thank You Doesn’t Seem Like Enough
Sometimes a thank you doesn’t seem like enough. Especially when working on events to raise money for Charities. So today I wanted to make sure that some people know how much I appreciated them and all of there hard work this weekend. Family can surprise us sometimes and when they do it makes me miss my mother that much more. Here is what happened on Saturday at the American Legion Benefit Craft Show. For the past two weeks, Davids mom and I had been talking about the Event, and she had been helping me promote it.
