I just know that trying to lose weight is going to be the “DEATH” of me!!!! As I hate hate hate exercise!!!! So Summer has come to a end and Charlie is back in school. Which is nice as I can exercise anywhere I want now at the NRH Rec. but I feel guilty when I go as I know Charlie wants to go as well. But if I want to lose weight I have to keep going.
