In July not only is it David’s Birthday but my niece Alyssa and her daughter Lily. I’ve been thinking about hosting a Birthday Party for David. If I do I was going to serve Cheesecake because that is David’s favorite and get a Hummingbird Cake for everyone else. Then this morning I decided in Charlie’s Homes Economics Cooking Class he could make the Cheesecakes. Since neither Charlie or I’ve made a Cheesecake before I think we will make a No Back Cheesecake.
