May 26th was National Blueberry Cheesecake Day #BlueberryCheesecakeDay. I may have missed celebrating this Holiday but that doesn’t mean I can’t purchase #Blueberries and we make a Blueberry Cheesecake for David’s dad. Did you know Blueberries are David Senior’s favorite Fruit? Instead of making a huge Cheesecake I wonder if we could make mini Cheesecakes. David’s mom could freeze them and bring out one at a time?
