This is a review for a new novel called Seven Sisters and a Brother: Friendship, Resistance, and Untold Truths Behind Black Student Activism in the 1960s published by Marilyn Allman Maye. Charlie and I will be reading this book for Black History Month. As well as studying the Author for our Homeschool Language Arts Class.
