Wordless Wednesday Jan. 2, 2019 A New Year A New Me! Welcome to my first #WordlessWednesday for 2019. To hold myself accountable I thought I would showcase my workout. This morning it is raining and it doesn’t look like it’s going to stop anytime soon. I was Blessed as David brought my Tradmill into the living room for me to use in my workout. I hate to admit it but we are on Day 2. I already messed up as I didn’t walk yesterday but that is okay as I am doubling my walking this morning. I plan on walking a full hour and getting it done before David comes…
