Well, let me tell you I crashed and burned!!  I had all the best intentions in the world to follow the goals I set for myself.  I must say to you I crashed and burned. I burned I did it big time. And it is no one’s fault but my own. As I knew what I was doing and I knew how to stop it, but I didn’t. I let it happen. So all I can do is to pull up my “BIG GIRL PANTIES” and to climb back up on the horse and try again. Let me tell you today hasn’t started out any better. The way things are…
