I love finding new and unusual cookbooks to give as Gifts as well as keep for my collection. Even if I never use the recipes inside the books some of the covers make cute decorations and cute coffee table books. When we was in the Fort Worth Stockyards the other day I found a cook called As The Spur Stirs: The Art of Bringing A Western Family, Friends & Food Together which I want to get and put up on the shelf in my dinning room.
