Out of National Quiche Lorraine Day and National Strawberry Picking Day which one would you most like to celebrate and way? Charlie, David and I haven’t had Quiche Lorraine and none of us want to try this. But if there was a Strawberry Farm near us I would like to take Charlie to pick Strawberries which David loves. Welcome back to our series featuring Food Holidays: April 20th National Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Day. My mom and I loved this Cake and so does David. I remember as a child my grandmother making National Pineapple Upside-down Cake Day for Sunday dessert. I just wish I had a Bundt Cake Pan like my grandmother had to make a Pineapple Upside Down Cake for David and I. Before you ask no, Charlie wouldn’t want a slice.
