I was blessed twice this weekend when I was able to spend the morning with my friend Debbie Finney Sutton. Her family’s life has been turned upside down due to circumstances beyond their control and they need Prayers Please. To get away a bit we had lunch at @OnTheBorder yesterday and went here this morning. Come along with us on our journey. I walked for 30 minutes. Was it enough no, it will not get me to my 10,000 steps or even 5,000 but it was a start for the week.
