Exercising with Kids: 99 Walks
As we all know I ‘m working to lose weight this year and Homeschooling Charlie full time. For Charlie’s PE Class I have decided to add exercising Charlie and I can do together. For now I have come up with Swimming a couple times a week and walking at least once a day. When I walk I try and go with my sister in the afternoons. But in the morning I will be getting Charlie up to walk with me for at least 30 minutes every morning. While preparing our Lesson Plans this week I asked online for tips for exercising with kids. Because walking all the time can get boring and a mom can only play so much Soccer.
