Join us for Getting UP & Move! This Summer as I am a mom who has always hated having her children sit inside when it is pretty. They should go outside and play. So I started a new Challenge both children and adults can do. The challenge is Get Up & Move this Summer, and it is where children get up and move for at least 20 minutes a day.
