I wanted to let you know June 1 was National Olive Day #NationalOliveDay. Green Olives were a staple in my home growing up. Black and Green Olives graced our Thanksgiving and Christmas Tables at my parents home. I used to eat Green Olives once in a while and I didn’t mind the Pimento which is inside a Green Olive which we used when making Potato Salad. As a adult I don’t like Olives of any kind.
