Charlie was going through the Cookbooks Granny Sherry sent him this morning. When Charlie came across The Best of Country Cooking (Taste of Home). Charlie asked me what Country Cooking is and I explained it’s what we eat every day. Charlie and I discussed what recipes I would consider is Country Cooking and that includes Chicken and Dumpling my grandmother Dorie made us. Or my mom’s Potato Salad no, one else knows how to make.
