Meet Christilyn’s Creations: A Little Box of Seasonal Joy from Fort Worth, Texas

For me the weekends are a time to rest and relax but I’ve been working hard to move the blog forward that I decided to work through the weekend. I was going through my emails on Saturday morning because on Friday I had posted a graphic on Facebook announcing that Greatful Moments was hosting an upcoming local giveaway and looking for companies that would like to join us.

Honestly, I didn’t think anyone would reach out! Sometimes you put an idea out there, hoping someone will see it and want to be part of what you’re trying to accomplish. You don’t always know what will happen, but you take that first step and see where the Lord leads you.

And once again, I’m reminded of how grateful, thankful, and blessed I am that the Lord continues to bring new people and businesses into my life. For a lot of people three people wouldn’t mean much but to my family its a Godwink that I am doing something that matters and for that I’m grateful, thankful and blessed.

We now have three companies that have expressed interest in participating in our upcoming giveaway, and my family and I are truly grateful. Every business that reaches out gives us another opportunity to introduce our readers to someone new, share a story, and support the small businesses that make our community special.

So today, I’d like to introduce you to another local crafter and give you the opportunity to get to know her business before we share more details about our upcoming giveaway. Let’s head to Fort Worth, Texas, yes , I said Fort Worth making her a neighbor of mine and meet Christilyn’s Creations!

Christilyn’s Creations is a family-run small business based business in Fort Worth, Texas. They handcraft soaps, candles and I saw actual Fall Candles that will fit into our Fall Gift Guide, cards, and gifts, with each product made by hand right here in North Texas.

According to the business, its creations are made with quality ingredients, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. The goal is to bring a little warmth and joy into everyday life through handmade products and thoughtful gifts. I love discovering businesses like this, especially when they’re right here in our own backyard!

When I started exploring Christilyn’s Creations, I found something that caught my attention: Artisanal Seasons, a monthly subscription box filled with seasonal surprises. And you know me! When I see candles mentioned, you’ve already got Charlie and my attention. Add a seasonal gift box and a family business from Fort Worth, and then David wants to learn more.

Now, I have a question for you. Have you ever struggled to find a gift for someone who seems to have everything? Maybe it’s your mom, your grandma, your sister, or a friend who is always the hardest person on your Christmas shopping list. You want something thoughtful, but you don’t want to give another present that gets tucked away and forgotten.

That’s where the idea behind Artisanal Seasons caught my attention. Christilyn’s Creations describes its subscription box as a monthly gift filled with unique, handmade treasures inspired by the seasons and holidays. Which is something I like because it would allow me to give one of a kind gifts to my friends and family. As well as a fun place for Santa to shop when he is finishing loading the sleigh.

The boxes may include decorative resin pieces, candles, bath products, and household products. Each box is thoughtfully curated and packaged, offering a variety of seasonal surprises. The listed price is $45 per box, with shipping within the United States included. The box is so cute with the duck on it David and Suzzane would have loved.

One thing I would love to learn more about is what a typical box contains. How many items might someone find inside? Are the products full-size? Does every month bring a completely different collection of treasures? Those are questions worth asking because I know readers want to picture what they’re purchasing, especially when they’re considering a subscription as a Christmas gift.

What I do like about the idea is that a subscription can give someone something to look forward to throughout the year. Instead of receiving one present on Christmas morning, the recipient gets another opportunity to discover something special as the seasons change.

And because the products are handmade by members of the family in North Texas, there’s a personal story behind the gift, too. You can explore Artisanal Seasons and the other available offerings by visiting the Christilyn’s Creations website. In addition to the monthly subscription, Christilyn’s Creations offers a one-time winter holiday box.

This box retails for $55, including shipping within the United States, according to the information shared with us by the business. That gives shoppers another option if they’d prefer to purchase one special seasonal gift rather than commit to a monthly subscription.

I can see how a handcrafted holiday box might be a thoughtful choice for someone who enjoys discovering unique products, especially when the items have been created by a small family business. Christilyn has also generously offered to contribute one of these winter holiday boxes to our upcoming Greatful Moments local giveaway!

I’m thankful that she is willing to be part of this project and help us introduce our readers to her creations. We’ll share more information about the giveaway as we finalize the details. In the meantime, I encourage you to visit her website and learn more about the business.

Handmade Gifts with a Personal Touch– Christilyn’s Creations offers more than seasonal subscription boxes. The business also creates handmade soaps, candles, cards, and gifts. For people who enjoy shopping small, handmade products can offer something different from mass-produced items.

There’s the creativity that goes into making them, the care involved in putting them together, and the opportunity to support the people behind the business. I especially enjoy finding local makers because it gives us a chance to learn about the people creating products right here in North Texas.

Whether you’re looking for a seasonal gift box, a candle, or another handmade surprise, Christilyn’s Creations is a business worth exploring as you work through your holiday shopping list.

When I posted that graphic on Facebook asking local businesses to join our upcoming giveaway, I honestly didn’t know whether anyone would respond. But the LORD knew my needs before I did and he brought a new business to me that I can’t wait to get to know more about.

I put on my big girl panties and I put the invitation out there, hoping that perhaps a few companies would be interested in working with Greatful Moments. I knew we wanted to do something special for our readers, but I also knew it would take businesses willing to participate to help bring the idea to life.

Now, three companies have expressed interest, and I couldn’t be more grateful! My family and I appreciate every business that takes the time to connect with us.
