Walking Shoes using Arch support insert

I’ve been trying to lose weight, but I’ve been failing because more times than not the past couple months I’ve been sick and even ended up on steroids. Walking has gone out the door as well as any exercise I wanted to do including joining our pool so I could walk in the water.

Gaining the weight has put more weight on my feet and legs. My shoes have been bothering me even though I purchased Skechers Go Walks. To help with these problems David and Charlie picked up a new pair of shoes for me.

David and Charlie added arch support inserts to the shoes to give me extra support. Thanks to the extra support I’ve been walking inside my home using this youtube video Charlie found for me. I may never lose the weight I need to but with the support of my family I can and will exercise daily to get my health back.

I’ve even got my Fitbit charged and ready when I’m walking to help me track my steps and I’ve joined a 10,000-step challenge and also been tracking my water here. Come and join me on my Health Journey and let’s get healthy together so we can have the best New Year ever.
