Spring Break is right around the Corner and thought you might be king for events to do with your family I would to invite you to ‘til Midnight at the Nasher | Spring Break | March 20 | Featuring Fennesz.
What: Enjoy a special SPRING BREAK edition of ‘til Midnight at the Nasher with FREE admission from 6 p.m. until midnight and FIVE free music acts in the Nasher Garden.
When: Friday, March 20, 2020, 6 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Where: Nasher Sculpture Center, 2001 Flora Street Dallas, TX 75201
Details: Enjoy museum tours, activities, and games throughout the Nasher lead by the museum’s Visitor Experiences team. This special spring break edition of the series brings five music acts to the Nasher, including headliner, Austrian musician Fennensz.
6:30 pm / Cadence Weapon (DJ set) is a Canadian poet turned rapper.
7:15 / Caterina Barbieri is a Berlin-based Italian composer who explores themes related to machine intelligence and object oriented perception in sound through a focus on minimalism.
8:15 / Britton Powell is an American composer based in New York. Through means of electronics, video, and percussion his work explores psycho-acoustic phenomena, minimalism, and traditions of non-western music.
9:15 / Fennesz Headlining act, Austrian guitarist, composer, and electronic musician Christian Fennesz is recognized as the key figure and one of the most distinctive voices of electronic music today.
10:15 / Corridor is Montreal-based band.
The Nasher Cafe offers a special menu and grab and go snacks with full bar service continuing until midnight. The Nasher Store stays open late on ‘til Midnight, so stop by and see what’s new.
