Texas Pinners Convention features Bushel and A Peck Freeze Dried Treats

I can tell you walking through @TexasPinnersConvention this morning there were quite a few Godwinks including finding a company called Bushel and A Peck Freeze Dried Treats. Did you know this saying comes for a song? My grandmother Dorie would always say “A Bushel and a Peck and a Hug Around The Neck”.

I spoke to the owner of the company she reminded me it was a song she had sung to her children. Which has led to a new Homeschool Lesson as I want Charlie to look up the song in his Music Class and to sing it for his dad and I. Would you like to join us as Charlie performs the song for us? We can even join in and sing with Charlie.

I would like to let you know what David did for me as I was speaking to the owner. David picked out a bag of the Freeze Dried Candy so I would also have the name of the company with me and be able to try Freeze Dried Candy which I’ve never had. Have you? Being the nice mom I am I ended up picking out a bag of Sour Skittles for Charlie that he wouldn’t have to share because I don’t like Skittles do you?
