Summer is here and this time around it has inspired me to start getting healthier; from what I eat to what I am using in my beauty routine. I have adopted a motto of “I can do better” and I hope this ambition follows me well into the colder winter months.
I was inspired to say “I can do better,” after my first experience at the pool this year, for any mom over the age of 35 can likely relate. Swimsuits are not always flattering, and my choice for this year left me feeling like, hey, I could do better than this uncomfortable swimsuit. I don’t care how trendy it is, or isn’t. I care that it is not comfortable at all.
I was browsing for a better option I realized my shopping cart could do better. If I am not always going to cook the best options for my family, then I should be supplementing my nutrition with something to help me achieve a better version of me. Jeunesse Am and Pm contain vitamins and minerals that help me achieve a happier mood, the energy to thrive all day, and a better nights rest.
I can do better filters into other areas of my life these days too. I can do better by taking more walks with my son for quality time and exercise. It is amazing how much better I feel after an evening stroll with my son Charlie. We have great conversations and always discover something great to admire! But we live in Texas, and it sure gets hot here! My skin is always needing a little something.
I love Jeunesse Global for their wide range of products from healthy skin, to vitamin supplements. Finding a few things I need at my disposal for doing better has never been easier. Quenching my thirsty skin and making it look more youthful is as easy as using the luminesce line.
I can do better is a lifestyle choice. I make better choices, I give myself room to improve without too much pressure to make a total lifestyle change, and I am discovering new ways to give myself the tools I need to make positive changes in my life like the Jeunesse line of goods. I would love to hear how you motivate yourself to make positive changes without too much pressure.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie, and David Cates
