RIP Prince because today the world lost another Star. As God called Prince home. And I can still remember the first time I heard of Prince was in Purple Rain. And my dad didn’t think it was a appropriate movie for us to see. So I had to wait till I was I was at a friends house to see it. And the thing is I was grown but not to my dad. Because the movie came out in 1984 and 4 years later I was a mom. And yes, that is hard to believe.

And then as my daughter grew up she was at her step moms one night and they watched it and she became hooked on Purple Rain as well. And feel in love with Prince. So I can tell you she is doing a happy dance today because she is in Heaven and I am sure that where Prince is as well.
