Grandma Dories Hamburger Steak with Onions
I wanted to share a recipe for my Grandmothers Hamburger Steak with Onions. This was one of the dishes my grandmother would make for our dinners when we would go visit. Dorie would make a huge pan of Fried Taters and Brown Gravy to go with the Hamburger Steaks. The other night David made the Hamburger Steaks with Onions which means the Onions is inside the Meat and most of the time he makes extra Onions to put on top of the Hamburger Steaks.
