National Sloppy Joe Day

Being stuck in our home and the grocery stores being bare its hard finding foods to prepare which Charlie will eat. This morning I put together a grocery list for Charlie.

I included the ingredients to prepare Sloppy Joe’s because today is National Sloppy Joe day. Making a pan of Sloppy Joe mix will make enough for lunch the next day. Stretching the groceries we have.

  2. Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Do you have a recipe you use to make Sloppy Joe’s with? Or is there another Go To Meal which makes enough for Left Overs your family loves? If so leave me a link to the recipe and I just might make it.

Thank you,
