Mouthwatering Meringue Cookie Recipes
I remember as a child watching my grandmother and my mom making Pies for the parties they liked to held. Most of the time the Pies would have a Merigue topping. Then when I was in homeschool, I was taught to make Meringue as well although I didn’t like it. I only like two Pies which is a Apple Pie or Chocolate Pie with a Graham Cracker Crust and Cool Whip Topping. Doesn’t that sound yummy?
The other day my best friend Debbie let me know she would like a slice of Coconut Pie with Meringue Topping. We haven’t been able to get together lately with life getting in the way. This morning in our Homeschool Class I am going to have Charlie make Meringue Cookies and then we will drop some of them off to Debbie. Would you like some of these Cookies?
