McKinney Oktoberfest

I would like to invite everyone to put on there lederhosen. Then take a trip to McKinney Oktoberfest. A full weekend of German-themed fun in Historic Downtown McKinney. Allowing us to enjoy the tradition of authentic German food, imported and domestic Beer, live music, games, Weenie Dog Races, which Charlie and David would flip over. McKinney Oktoberfest is presented by McKinney Main Street.

McKinney Oktoberfest is designed a family-friendly event including a variety of kid-friendly activities and a Petting Zoo, face painting. The Perot Museum Tech Truck will be at the event. Along with Play Street Museum, arts and crafts activities. Children will be able to pan for crystals. There is a Carnival featuring amusements geared toward younger riders. Youngsters including and Mom and Dad can learn the ‘Chicken Dance’ with two stages full of live German music and costumed dancers scheduled throughout the weekend.
